• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and conversion counts for rate limiting and service improvement.
• Payment Information: If you purchase credits, payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card details.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the Service: Convert your images to SVG format and deliver results.
• Rate Limiting: Track daily conversion usage per IP address to manage fair usage.
• Conversion History: Store completed conversions so you can access results via unique URLs.
• Process Payments: Handle credit purchases securely through Stripe.
• Service Improvement: Analyze anonymous usage patterns to improve performance and features.

3. Third-Party Services

• Replicate: We use the Replicate API to perform AI-powered image vectorization. Your uploaded images are sent to Replicate for processing. Their privacy policy applies to data they process.
• Stripe: Handles payment processing securely. We do not store credit card information.
• Google Analytics: Collects anonymized usage statistics for service improvement.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Conversion Data: SVG conversion results are stored in our database and accessible via unique URLs.
• IP-Based Tracking: We track conversion counts per IP address for daily rate limiting. This data resets daily.
• No User Accounts: SVGDuck does not require user registration. We do not store passwords or personal profile information.
• Encryption: All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Data Retention

• Conversion Results: Stored indefinitely to allow access via shareable URLs.
• Rate Limit Data: Daily conversion counts are reset each day.
• Analytics Data: Retained according to Google Analytics data retention policies.

• Request deletion of your conversion data by contacting us.
